1Visit the Registration Page

Navigate to /register or click “Sign Up” in the menu. You’ll see two registration options: Artist or Fan

2Choose Your User Type

3Complete Registration

• Fill in username, email, and password
• Agree to terms and conditions
• Click “Register”
• Check your email for confirmation

Steps to Accept:

1. Review the Challenge: Check stake amount, verify payment method, view challenger’s profile
2. Make Your Decision: Visit the battle page (link in notification)
3. Accept or Decline: Click “Accept Challenge” to proceed or “Decline” to reject (no penalties)
4. Make Payment: If accepting, complete payment via checkout. Battle becomes active once both payments confirmed

Upload Process:

1. After battle is active, go to your profile
2. Click on “Media” tab
3. Upload your track (MP3, WAV, M4A supported)
4. System automatically detects and links to correct battle
5. You’ll see confirmation message

Upload Requirements:

• 📁 File size: Maximum 50MB
• 🎵 Format: MP3, WAV, or M4A
• 🎯 One track per artist per battle
• ⏰ Upload before voting period ends
• 🔒 Cannot change track once submitted

Battle Dashboard Features:

• Active Battles Shows ongoing competitions
• Pending Challenges Battles awaiting acceptance
• Past Battles Your battle history with results
• 💰 Earnings: Track your winnings and payouts

Payout Process:

1. Winner announced via notification
2. Total pot (both stakes minus fees) calculated
3. Payout processed to winner’s payment method
4. Email confirmation sent with transaction details
5. Funds typically arrive within 24-48 hours

Payment Methods for Payouts:

• 💵 Cash App: Sent to your Cash App tag
• ₿ Bitcoin: Sent to your BTC wallet address
• 🎁 Gift Card: Smart Coupon code emailed to you

1. Browse Active Battles: Visit /battles or main battle page
2. Filter by Status: Look for “Active” status battles
3. Requirements: Both artists must have uploaded tracks, voting period must be active, you must be logged in

1. Listen to Both Tracks: Play each artist’s submission completely. Compare quality, lyrics, flow, production
2. Cast Your Vote: Click “Vote” button under your preferred track. Confirm your selection. Vote is recorded immediately
3. Vote Rules:
   • One vote per battle per user
   • Cannot change vote once submitted
   • Your vote is anonymous
   • Results visible after voting closes

• Artist creates challenge
• Opponent notified
• 7-day acceptance window (default)

2Payment Phase

• Both artists pay stakes
• WooCommerce order processing
• Battle activated when both paid

3Upload Phase

• Artists upload tracks via rtMedia
• Deadline set by admin (typically 72 hours)
• Late uploads result in forfeit

4Voting Phase

• Fans vote for best track
• Duration set by admin (24-72 hours typical)
• Live vote counts visible

5Completion Phase

• Voting closes automatically
• Winner determined by vote count
• Payout processed immediately
• Battle archived

Pending Challenge sent, awaiting acceptance

Payment Pending Accepted, awaiting stake payments

Active Both paid, uploading/voting in progress

Voting Open Both tracks submitted, voting active

Completed Winner determined, payout processed

Cancelled Declined or expired challenge

Refund Policy:

• Forfeit = opponent wins by default
• Mutual cancellation = full refunds
• Content violation = stakes forfeited to platform
